Eating unripe bananas
Banana, like any other fruit, is very beneficial to human health. They are filled with fibre, potassium, and other nutrients that aid in the completion of a balanced diet. But in the case that the unripe ones keep finding through your mouth into your stomach, it might not be a good thing for you digestion-wise. Even though you can count on the pectin and resistant starch that make your gut bacteria happy, it takes a lot of time and work before your stomach can digest them.
