Stop rubbing your eyes with your hands
We use our hands almost every time on things we can’t guarantee their safety from germs. So, it’s not wise to touch or rub your eyes with your bare hands. Make sure to also wash your hands as frequently as possible to cover for those times when you’re still training yourself to stop your hands-to-eye unhealthy habit.
Get adequate sleep
We cannot overemphasize this enough. Adequate sleep gives every part of your body the chance to relax and rejuvenate from the day’s tasks, which your eye is not excluded from. Depriving yourself of adequate sleep means you’re overstressing your eye. This might cause eye problems over time.
