Whether you prefer to drink your java after getting up in the morning or after a few hours of waking up, you must try to avoid drinking coffee after two or three in the afternoon. Caffeine can disrupt your sleep especially when take it six hours before bedtime.

Caffeine can also enhance your memory attention and better physical performance. This may prove useful if you are doing endurance or aerobic exercise. 

Although coffee offers lots of advantages, it also comes with its own set of disadvantages. Everything in excess is bad. This also holds true with coffee. Excessive consumption can result in negative side effects such as panic, anxiety, insomnia, as well as caffeine dependence. For those who have developed a dependence on caffeine, going without it for at least 12 hours may lead them to experience caffeine withdrawal. So be sure to keep your coffee consumption within a reasonable limit.
