As I developed my interest in eco-friendly living, I realised that making choices that helped the environment also had a positive impact on my physical and emotional health. As my interest grew, so did the realisation even the smallest changes to my own life could help to create a better, cleaner and safer world.

We’re more successful when we’re happy and healthy

Success is linked to productivity and productivity is linked to happiness – so unless you’re happy, it’s almost impossible to achieve the success you really want and deserve.

And the truth is that being happy, healthy and successful doesn’t mean you have to completely change everything all at once.

A 1000-mile journey starts with a single step

Big things are achieved through a sequence of smaller actions. Changing your health and the environment isn’t something you can achieve overnight.

But by changing your mindset and behaviour and starting small, you can effect real and immediate change by doing simple things:
