We all need water, and we all drink water daily. Irrespective of how active or sedentary your lifestyle is, water is an essential part of it. It is a life source, and nothing can be done to abstain from it. Around the world tap water is used as a drinking source, because it is free. But in the past decade, many have come to realize how unsafe Tap water can be.
What is Chlorine?
Chlorine is a gas that was created in WW1 as a killing tool, and since then, it has been used to kill germs in our water supply. Particularly in tap water, there is a lot of Chlorine but as much as this Chlorine is killing germs, it’s also very negative to us, why because when Chlorine mixes with the organic matter in our bodies, it becomes trichloramine. Trichloramine causes more cancer than people are aware of.
Negative effects of Chlorine and alkaline solution
Chlorine is a powerful substance that has so many good and bad effects. In the long-run consumption of this gas can lead to negative effects. Here are some of the effects of Chlorine and the solution you can get from taking alkaline water
Cancer
Bob Write, the anticancer institute USA founder, has vehemently stood his ground against Tap water consumption because of how unpurified Chlorine it has. He says that those who drink tap water are over 90% more likely to get cancer than those who don’t. But with an alkaline water machine that can be filtered and electrolyzed at 11.5ph, you can get all this Chlorine out of your water.
Aging
Chlorine causes aging due to oxidation and dehydration. This happens to the human skin every time you take a shower. It also happens to your fruits, produces, and foods. But with alkaline water, you can get that all back. You can’t stop bathing, but you can mitigate the effects by consuming more alkaline water. If you can afford to, you can go for the alkaline spar unit which can be used for bathing instead.
Dehydration and tiredness
Chlorine causes dehydration and tiredness; this is because Chlorine gets into the body and takes out the liquid from the lungs. However, alkaline water promotes hydration since the water can easily get absorbed into the body.
